Deposits and/or payments to Just For You Massage minus credit card processing fees will be refunded to the customer when appointments are cancelled. 

Cancellations and/or rescheduling with less than 12-hour notice will forfeit deposit and/or be charged a 100% cancellation fee. 

Your service will begin promptly at the time you reserved. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time (with no service fee adjustment) so that other guests are not inconvenienced. To fully benefit from your service, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Your therapist continues to wear a mask during the therapy session.
